Pupusería Torogoz was born in Durango, Colorado, from the dream of a Salvadoran family eager to share the flavors, traditions, and hospitality of their homeland. We believe that food has the power to bring people together and create memorable experiences.
Our journey began at Durango's Farmers Markets, where we were welcomed and supported by the local community. Thanks to that encouragement, we have been able to grow and introduce our authentic pupusas to more people every day.
Today, we are proud to be part of 11th Street Station, sharing a taste of El Salvador with both locals and visitors from around the world. We invite you to discover the flavor, tradition, and warmth of our culture with an extraordinary culinary heritage.
